Madhumita Jana having been raised in an Army family, was highly inspired by the values, ideals and attitudes of her parents towards our Country. She wanted to do something worthwhile for the Society.She felt, she could do a lot for the future generation as an Educationist.After working as an Educator for 15 years  in an Elite School of Anand viz., Anandalay managed by National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), she had the inclination to take up challenges and start her own School that will impart education to every students  of the Society.



Her outgoing personality and strong will power to do something different from others, led her to relinquish her job and face the various risks and challenges, of being an Entrepreneur.

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great”

Being from a service class, it was not easy to transform her dream into reality. But she had a strong intuition power that made her feel positive always. She always felt the presence of Angels around her that became true in every sense”.She cannot thank her family enough for their positive criticism, silent support and contribution in every way in this project of hers.



Madhumita will always be obliged with the support and Kindness she got from Mr. Prayasvin Patel, Chairman and Managing Director, Elecon Group of Companies and Mrs. Taruna Patel, CEO,EMTICI, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Gujarat in the form of donation at initial phase of establishment.This April 2023, Shristi English Medium School, Anand ,will be completing its journey of two decades, with several ups and downs. Every time, she felt low, she was reminded of the quote by Pablo Picasso “Action is the fundamental key to success”. By planning and visualising your present that will definitely shape your future that you are yet to see.



She enjoys interacting with people around her and loves travelling. Her this aspect  towards life has helped her during the training sessions in the form of workshops and seminars, both for educators and students in her venture as well as a freelancer for Educational Initiatives.These programmes have broadened her horizon and sharpened her creativity.

Madhumita has been the recipient of ‘Best Teacher Award’ from Inner Wheel Club, Anand District, Gujarat in the year 2015.


Madhumita Jana is very active in lots of social works specially for ‘Old Age Homes’and Underprivileged children’. She visits one ‘Old Age Home’ regularly spends time and talk to the senior citizens  which gives them lots of emotional support which is  most needed than anything else for them. She also sends her students to interact with the inmates of ‘Old Age Home’ often that spreads joy amongst them and inculcate ethical and moral values in students.

Madhumita tries to sponsor education for some underprivileged children at her School, on personal level. At times, she also Visits slum areas to create awareness with regard to hygiene and sanitation amongst women and children.

Madhumita’s favourite way to amuse herself is through Music.One of her favourite quote by George Eliot “Life seems to go on without effort, when I am filled with music”.
