Dr SANGEETA KAMATH, social Activist and Enterpreneur

Dr. Sangeeta Kamath, holder of Doctorate in management and multiple diploma's is a Serial Entrepreneur and a Social Activist. 

Multiple Awards  and accolades to her credit is just a part of the journey.

She has always been a trend setter, whether it was  her journey with *Aptech Ltd.*  As an Entrepreneur, With multiple centres under her wing, or establishing *Step Upp Advisors LLP* to mentor close to 500  women at various latitude and longitude to be self Reliant & Start their education and Training centres, she has always been clear in her objective to make Women realize their potential and utilise it constructively.

As a *Director of Maxplore* Operations, she plants the seed of Entrepreneurship in young minds of school going kids to create Business Leaders at school and as a *Partner of White Collar Legal LLP* educates all, on how to commercialise & protect their Ideas with Mr. Kunal Sarpal via IPR. 

At age 50, she launched *Swaayambhu* *a registered Social movement* to help academically unfulfilled youth to tap their skills and via internship be self sufficient. No Donation, No commercials, No fee, a pure  pro bono service to have Swaayambhu youth in our country. 

Her life has been a roller coaster ride but she has transformed every Setback into a Comeback with Determination, Focus and Drive. 

All her ventures have tapped  each age group, Kids, Youth & Women of all ages, mentoring them to reach their potential and open up all closed portals of talent within them. 

An inspiring woman indeed.

The happiest women today are not the married ones. They're not the single ones. They're not the ones with stable careers and good incomes. The happiest women are the ones who made a choice to love themselves wholly and truly. Women who chose to leave the past behind, worked on their self-esteem and put a high price tag on their self-esteem.

They stopped playing victims. They stopped whining in self-pity and dining in pity parties. They moved past their anger, tears and bitterness. They realized that happiness is a personal choice and responsibility. They chose to be defined by their present, but not their bitter pasts.

They are happy because they don't need validation from anyone. They are happy because they know that they don't need to throw shade on anyone for them to shine. They are happy because they chose to be Queens ....

Every Woman is a Queen, with or without the King.
