Mamta Mehta from being a typical rajasthani housewife for 15 long years to a certified soft skills trainer at the age of 40, has been an inspiration to many women of her community.

Mamta Mehta is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer from Image Consulting Business Institute (course accredited by Scottish Qualifications Authority, UK). She is also a certified Train The Trainer from ICBI (course accredited by NABET). Apart from being a certified Zone Trainer from JCI India, she is also a certified NLP & Life coach.In her Professional journey of 3 years, she has trained more than 6000 people especially college and professional students in various topics of soft skills, life skills, employability skills and NLP. Her mission is to bring about a positive transformation in the lives of others by helping them to become better versions of themselves.
Her story is an inspiration for the women of her community. She was born and brought up in a Rajasthani Jain family in Mysore, Karnataka. She was academically very strong during her school and college life. She became the School Head Girl of her school Avila Convent in 1993. The same year she topped her school in 10th std Karnataka state board exams. She was fascinated by her dad's business and so she used to help her dad since her school days. For this reason she studied commerce in 11th class though her dad wanted her to take up science. She was the Mysore City Topper in commerce in 12th class.
She graduated in Bachelors in Business Management(BBM) from the prestigious University of Mysore in 1999. She was the University topper in BBM and was felicitated with 3 awards from the honourable Governor of Karnataka in 2000. She represented her school and college at various state and national level co-curricular activities. One of her best achievements was receiving a memento from Smt Nirmala Ben Gandhi, the late daughter-in-law of Mahatma Gandhiji. This was when she represented Karnataka at All India and All Nepal level Elocution competition held at Wardha, Maharashtra in January 1999.
Later on, she did her Post graduation from Karnataka State Open University.
Hailing from a conservative and orthodox Rajasthani community, she couldn't get into any profession. She got married to a Chartered Accountant from Rajasthan in 2003. After being so talented, she lived the life of a dedicated house-wife for 15 long years .
Finally, at the age of 40, she realised that she need to bring a change in the mentality of her conservative Rajasthani community. She decided to step out of her comfort zone and do something to bring about a change in the system, initiating with changing herself.
So, in 2017 she went on to do a number of certification courses to convert her passion of public speaking into her profession. She aspires to inspire the women of her community not to give up on their dreams just because they are females. It is her privilege to be the only married woman in both her families, who is working as a professional.
She has being felicitated by many organisations of her community for her daring step and her purpose of bringing a positive change in the society.Currently, she is working as an empanelled soft skills trainer with the Government of Gujarat imparting soft skills to the final year students of Goverment colleges. She is also a faculty for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)-Surat branch, training the future CAs in soft skills. She has also worked with many other institutes like ICSI, Frankfinn. She has trained employees of big corporates like Skoda and Harley Davidson.
She is associated with NGOs like JCI India and Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana (BJS), where she gives her service as an empowerment trainer. This is her way of giving back to the society.Recently She was nominated for SDP WOMEN ACHIEVERS AWARD 2021 as Strong Pillar of the Society.
