Dr. Sanipina Jayalakshmi Rao is an international Member of World Human Rights Protection Commission. She is a Writer, Educationist, Editor,Publisher and Poetess of Arunachal Pradesh in 1993 .

She was born on 25th May 1957 . She is post graduated ,M.A in Economics ,from Berhampur university , Berhampur, Orissa and B. Ed. From Dibrughar University, Assam. 


She served three States as educationist in Orissa, Arunachal Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. Her mission in life as Achiever  is to serve humanity during natural calamities.She served people during Mahanadi floods in 1980 and Served people during Lohit river floods in 1994, 1995 and also served people during HUD  cyclone at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh in 2014. 


She attended as Delegate  for 4th  World Conference of Sri Sathya Sai Organisation  in 1985 and also attended as  Delegate of World Council of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation in 1986 .She also worked as Delegate of 6th World Conference of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation in 1995 . Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba manifested perfection in her poetic skills as an inspiration  to write poems  in the Land of Sunrise.

Her First Book: My Poems In the Land of Sunrise ,Written and Published by Poetess S.Jayalakahmi Rao which was released by Honourable Chief Minister Sri Gegong Apang and she was honoured with State Title : Poetess of Arunachal Pradesh in 1993 at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. Number of books released since 1993 and also honoured by Maharaja of Vizianagaram for two new books in 2001 .


As Facebook Super Editor received number of National and International awards since 2017 and also Top contributor of NASA THIS YEAR RECEIVED  Award CERTIFICATE with two Badges as  Planetary Defender That   Dr. Jayalakahmi Rao Sanipina is officially declared a PLANETARY Defender on NASA’s Double Astroid Redirection Test on November 24,2021.


 She received Honorary Doctorate Award 2021 as well as International Lifetime membership of World Human Rights Protection Commission at International Seminar, India International Centre,New Delhi on 26th September 2021.She is the Winner of Glory of Globe Achievers Award 2019, 2020 and 2021 and also Five Title Awards 2021 Winner .


 Dr. Sanipina Jayalakahmi Rao  recieved awards for her activities as Facebook Super Editor :  1.MVLA JEWEL OF INDIA EXCELLENCE AWARD 2021 , 2. Bharat Jyothi Pratibha Samman  Achievers Award 2021, 3.NATIONAL LEVEL EDUCATIONIST AWARD of the Year  Award 2021 , 4 .MVLA  Pride of  Nation Pratibha Samman Award 2021,5.  NATIONAL LEVEL PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVER’S AWARD 2021 and  Winner of Five Titles at MVLA National Level Achiever’s Pratibha Samman Conference 2021 and also Winner of MVLA Bharatjyoti Saraswati Samman Award 2021 at National Level Guru Samman Conference 2021. 



She is the Winner of World Education Icon Award 2021 : ICONIC Editor and Publisher. At UN Human Rights  She stood up for Human Rights and Justice.Recently she was honoured  for SDP Women Achievers Awards 2021 as Most Inspirational Social Activist .
