A teacher is a mentor for many and what if you hear that a teacher turns into an entrepreneur. Her life took a U-turn when she decided to pursue her career as an interior designer. The shift from teaching to entrepreneurship wasn’t an easy ride. There were many challenges in the path, including brand acceptance. She also had to struggle to maintain a balance in her work field as a multitasking woman. She started Signature Interior Designs on 19th Oct 2020 and has received many awards in the field of Interior Designing on National and International levels in her short span of a career as an Interior Designer. Nonetheless, within a significantly short period, all the hard work and perseverance have paid off.

She feels being passionate about your work is the first ingredient to success. With any profession, success starts with drive and desire. Success is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do. Working a business is by no doubt, hard in every sense of the word, but if you enjoy what you are doing, then it is well worth the effort. She has always been curious to learn about new products in the architecture and design ever-changing industry to learn about art, design and taste and to appreciate beauty. You need to believe in yourself. The strongest factor for success is self-esteem, believing you can do it, believing you deserve it, and believing you’ll get it. Always surround yourself with people who empower you, believe in you, support you, uplift you, motivate you and appreciate you. Dream big, work hard, stay focused, and surround yourself with good people.
Successful people set goals and they develop and maintain the habits necessary to achieve them. While goals provide a sense of direction and help you focus, effective habits give you the mental discipline to reach your goals. Add commitment and determination to your goals and you will find that you are willing to take continuous and consistent action toward making your dreams a reality, despite any obstacles in your path, including difficult times. The key to success is to focus on goals, not obstacles. We don’t grow when things are easy, we grow when we face challenges. When you face difficult times, know that challenges are not sent to destroy you. They’re sent to promote you, increase and strengthen you.
